Jazz Like a Laker - Jazz Band Dinner Show

This is our 2nd Annual Jazz Band Dinner Show.  We will plan to set up and perform on the Cypress Center Front Patio, but we are reserving the theater in case of bad weather.  We will not be using the stage.  The bleacher seats will need to be pushed back, and we will set up the Jazz Band and families in the back of the house.

The Jazz Band Dinner will be relocated to the back of the Theatre for Wednesday's event. The weather looks terrible.  

We would like to add Pipe And drape to the back of the theater after the Bleechers are pushed back.  Black Drape across the back of the theatre in front of the pushed back seats.     Nick, Laine And I have come up with indoor decor plans and options.   The 12 tables, black tablecloths, and 96 chairs will still need to be set up in the theatre rather than outside. We are creating a floor map and will have that for set up on Wednesday morning.    The food set up in the atrium will remain the same.
