Set up: 1:30pm in the gym on Tuesday, April 21 at 1:30pm
Needs: 181 students and 2 students per table. We will need 91-95 4ft and 6ft tables and black and the same number of blue/black tablecloths. The set up should be in rows as it was last year
We will need a table with water and lemonade as well as light snacks set up for the evening of April 21 (the parent event will be April 21 from 6pm-7:30pm). Laine has been notified.
Tear down of the projects can start at 11:30 on April 22 as the second event goes from 8:00am-12pm on Wednesday, the 22nd.
